Cleveland Museum of Natural History

CC&E is serving as the Owner's Representative for this 3-phase complete campus transformation project. Phase 1 - Exhibit and Parking: previously completed exterior exhibit and parking structure; Phase 2 - “Gateway” and Central Utility Project: provides a 21st-century auditorium and new central heating and cooling system; and Phase 3 - New Exhibit Wing and Renovation: a new 50,000 SF exhibit space and new visitor entry hallway. Services include cost estimating, scheduling, CMr reconciliation, constructability reviews, value engineering, and change order monitoring. Our full-time Project Manager is fully ingrained in the facilities staff at the Museum.
