Merck Facility Campus Consolidation - New Company Headquarters

CC&E provided cost estimating services at the Master Plan level for Merck’s campus consolidation project, which encompasses over 1,000,000 square feet, and includes four campus sites. Over the next 3-years, the entire campus will be consolidated into a new company headquarters and will include the Campus Welcome Center, the Lawrence Street Development, including a new firehouse; an elevated plaza and roundabout, multiple ancillary building complexes and a parking garage.
